Wishlist

Thought I should compose a list of items I would like to own in the near or far future. Priority levels are quite arbitrary, to be honest. Let's say 1-5 with 1 being "get if I'm rich" and 5 being "I'll save up to buy this ASAP". In between, there may be discretion based on concerns like space in my home.

Large Items

Item Description Priority Est. Price (SGD)
Flair Espresso Press (Classic/Signature) Between the 58, Pro, and Classic, I think this one suits my needs the best. I'm not that big on coffee... Just one a day at most. 4 $300
Eames Lounge Chair I may get a replica one from Ruma because I do have a cat that is known to terrorize leather so I'd like not to drop a month's salary on the actual Herman Miller, and this brand ships from Malaysia, which is near enough. 4 $600+
KORG Miku Stomp Pedal It's out of production, so it may only get more expensive on eBay. I don't think I'd like to spend too much money on effects pedals, and I already own a Zoom G1X four which is practically all I need for effects... So this one's just for novelty. On that note, I'd like to get a meowing cat or frog pedal too, I've seen those around. That'd be fun. 3 $1000+
Fiio Snowsky Echo Mini/ Hiby R1 A digital audio player, which I might consider if I actually want it. I'm not an audiophile but I'm a staunch wired earpieces believer, to the extent that I use IEMs. I might come closer to considering it if I find myself using a phone that doesn't have an audio jack. 2 $100
Unicomp Model M Keyboard The iconic buckling spring keyboard originally associated with IBM. I am a big fan of the original white colour, although the new one in black appears to have some hardware upgrades. Shipping is a bitch. I don't need more keyboards but y'know. 3 $300+

Books and Video Games

Nowadays, I mainly read physical books and I play games on Steam. This functions as a reading list too.

Item Description Est. Price (SGD)
Ulysses (Gabler Edition) I heard this was the definitive copy and I like the cover. $40
Moby Dick (Norton Critical Edition) I have read the book online, but I'd like one for the archives replete with footnotes and illustrations, if possible. I was pointed to this. $60
Akira 35th Anniversary Box Set Dude, AKIRA is kino. I really love the illustrations of the comics. $350+
The Art of Computer Programming Box Set (Knuth) Mostly want this to have on the shelves. I do appreciate what Knuth has done. $350+
Blood Meridian (Cormac McCarthy) Sounded cool. $25+
A Pattern Language (Christopher Alexander) I thought this might be a good book to study. It seems to contain information relevant to fields I'm interested in. $100+
Monster Hunter: Wilds Of course I want this... Jesus it's expensive $100
